Everyone should have their circle name tag hanging around their neck. Check and see if there is
a piece of paper behind your name tag? This piece of paper contains your emergency information. It is very important that we know your emergency information, whom
to contact and any medical conditions you have and/or the medications you take. The paper stays in your name tag and will only be used if there is an emergency, so please fill the paper
out and place it behind your name tag.
