Creative Crafts Interest Group presents: Up-Cycling Jewelry

Program description:Pat Doyle will led us in creating a framed picture using recycled jewelry (see example pictures). alternate option to create bejeweled frame.
Please bring any jewelry you might like to use, or add to the general use. Frames and jewelry provided.
