The best way to support the Garden Club is to become a member. When you become a member of the Garden Club of St. Petersburg you are also becoming a member of The Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., as well as a member of the National Garden Clubs, Inc.
Donate Money
Funds raised by the Garden Club of St. Petersburg helps support many local and national programs. Funds enable the Garden Club to take part in community outreach projects such as Art in Bloom, Coral Reef Restoration, Green Thumb Festival, Penny Pines, and much more.
Donate Plants
Donate plants to be sold at our Annual Plant Sale. This one-day sale features a variety of plants from full sun to indoor low light donated to the Garden Club. We are looking for a variety of succulents, herbs, bushes, trees, bromeliads, flowering plants, and more. Gardening and yard nik-naks are also accepted for donations to be sold. Donations will be accepted starting at 9:00 AM on October 22nd. The plant sale runs from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Saturday, October 23rd.
Donate Stuff
Donate your gently used items to be sold at our Annual Flea Market. Our annual flea market takes place at our Garden Center and relies on donations. Donations will be accepted from March 21st to March 23rd. There will be a preview event on March 24th. The entry is $5 for the preview night on March 24th. Donations of clothes, jewelry, household items, furniture, antiques, and even plants are accepted.
The Garden Club of St. Petersburg is an incorporated 501(c)(3) non-profit and as such donations may be tax-deductible.
