GCSP Name Badge – Procedure

Beginning October 2023

If you are interested in having a Garden Club of St Petersburg name badge (magnetic badges with GCSP logo, and name engraved):

Request for name badge made via FORM below with payment of $14 (cash or check to GCSP) – fill in form and give to Membership Chair (or have an Interest Group Leader place it in mailbox for Membership Chair)
When Membership Chair has 5 (or more) names, order will be placed and badge supplied at meeting after complete

To order your badge, simply print and fill out this form. Bring it to any meeting with your cash or check payment, and hand it to your meeting leader to pass along to the Membership Chair.
