When you become a member of the Garden Club of St. Petersburg, you are joining an extraordinary community of individuals who all share a love for gardening, horticulture, floral design, and our environment. Although our members come from a variety of diverse backgrounds, we are all like-minded in our passion for cultivating plants. Many members are transplants learning how to grow plants in Florida’s Zone 10A climate!
Annual dues to join the Garden Club are $60.00 per person.
When you join the Garden Club of St. Petersburg, your dues entitle you to automatic membership in the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs (FFGC) and the National Garden Clubs, Inc. (NGC).
Membership in the Garden Club of St. Petersburg, Inc. and Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. is open to all regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, or religious affiliation
In addition to the monthly General (All Member) meetings currently at the Azalea Recreation Center, the club also meets in small group gatherings called Interest Groups. All gatherings focus on different aspects of gardening, floral design and creative crafts with lectures, hands-on opportunities, and field trips to gardens and nurseries throughout the year.
