Events
The Garden Club of St. Petersburg offers monthly gathering opportunities for garden enthusiasts with varied interests. The monthly meet-ups typically run September thru May, with a variety of program topics that include both horticulture and floral design. The GCSP also hosts a variety of yearly events including our annual Flower Show, Flea Market, and Plant Sale.

Annual Events

Each year Garden Club of St. Petersburg hosts multiple fundraising events. The funds we raise from the Plant Sale, Christmas Recycle Plus Plus Sale, and Flea Market, enable us to engage in our community outreach projects. Monthly Events

To better meet the needs and interests of the membership, the club meets in small group gatherings each month. All gatherings focus on different aspects of gardening and offer a variety of different experiences and special activities throughout the year. Our monthly group gatherings are open to all and meet on different weekdays and different times throughout the month.

  • Summer Youth Nature Camp

    This is a 1 week camp for children in grades 1st - 5th. Each day an environmental or gardening topic is explored with activities, crafts, and a speaker. Garden Club members plan, teach and supervise all activities. The Garden Club is fortunate to have many retired teachers who spearhead this project. In the past, there has been 1 instructor for each 1-2 campers. Your children will learn about nature and have fun too. The cost is $30 for each student; siblings are $25.00 each.
